Smith Gee Studio has designed five new condominium structures, a live-work building and three sets of townhomes for the highly acclaimed Westhaven community in Franklin, TN. Consistent with Traditional Neighborhood Development principles and the high level of quality expected by the Westhaven developers, the project will further the diversity of housing options in this mixed-use, mixed-income neighborhood.
