Dickerson Pike Mixed-Use

Program Statement:

SGS developed this urban-infill master plan that proposes 99 multi-family units fronting Dickerson Pike in the Skyline Redevelopment District.  The ground floor is activated by commercial uses and residential stoops with garden courtyards that serve as a semi-private buffer.  A rooftop amenity terrace offers views to downtown. Parking is accessed by an existing alley to the rear and uses the natural grade of the site to maximize the amount of available parking.
