Six10 Merritt

SIX10 Merritt, which will anchor the northwest corner of the intersection of Merritt and Martin, will consist of 14 townhouse-style homes and 12 residential flats positioned above two for-sale commercial spaces spanning 4,200 square feet. The design of the project will reflect the ‘maker culture’ already present in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, with extensive use of industrial materials and first floor flex space within the townhouse units. Re-defining the street community along with 1260 Martin across the street, the project surfaces conventional metal warehouse architecture to excite the neighborhood.
